Jolly Sunrise is solo acoustic guitar accompanied by misc. junk percussion. The percussion was recorded at Caveman Music some time around 2005. The guitar was recorded on tape in the summer of 2008. Kazuto Matsumoto, Ben Ranson, and an unknown intern at Caveman are playing the percussion. They are playing a part which was originally intended for a piece of noise music called "Soundscape B". Ben Ranson is playing the guitar part which is loosly based on "Jupiter Blues". Music by Ben Ranson. Copyright 2009

Music by Ben Ranson. Copyright 2009
Cosmic Brownie McGee pays the great blues-man tribute. Music written and played by Ben Ranson. Copyright 2009
Coffee Blues is a piece I recorded when I was in high school. Pitch shifted vocals, keyboard bass and drums, and wailing distorted guitar are still among my favorite sounds. Music written and played by Ben Ranson. Copyright 2009
